Interesting, I'd have thought that it would be mostly businesses they would look for and it would it be pretty rare that they closely check the average person on a salary or wage. Maybe not so much, guess they have to at least occasionally otherwise at lot would take advantage.

Well the mob down the road decided to re-smash their front windows just a few weeks after they were fixed, I suppose you do need fresh air flow even in the middle of winter.

Oh man I fantasized about leaving our shitty neighbours a nice present when we left our villa several years back. Some rotten eggs or worse in their letterbox was one that came to mind...
Only reason why I didnt do it, was I left for work at 7.30am + my flatmate would have still been at the property for the rest of the day moving. So didnt want to get her into trouble.
Good luck with the move. I moved ^^ that one, and then again 9 months later, is a real pain in the ass.

Yeah I tape most of my shows and watched them off the flash drive, so no ads.
I couldnt do Million dollar. The part that lost me in the opening ep was when they were forming the tribes (with the incredibly stupid names) and there was just absolutely no rhyme or reason behind this- just completely random, dumb tribes.. and the SAS guy shat me for some reason. He might be a good co-host on SAS where he is in his element, it doesnt mean he's automatically Jeff Probst.
At least there is like 3 houses in between me and the scumbags as a buffer, I don't think I've ever had a real bad direct neighbour in any place I've ever lived thank god.
i had a friend who put a poo in his neighbours letterbox once but i wasnt game enough for that.
move is done. no middle aged toothless neighbours playing awful drums all hours of the day so its a good start

Oh yeah the drums, I remember that.
I still can't believe the luck I've had, 5 years in an apartment block- considering I/we get new neighbours on a semi-regular basis. Not one issue- cept for those campaigners across the hall with that yappy dog. So glad they moved out.

so far so good. i moved to canberra for work and its got pretty much everything that a city has but not as busy. im in a very quiet area so im happy. no neighbours on one side and the other side is up for auction so at the moment i have no neighbours. though knowing my luck ill probably end up with neo nazis next door.
lots of apartments here which i looked at, but wasnt game enough to chance who you could have living next door to you. Do you actually interact with your neighbours?

That's also the slogan for Shipping Wars. Underrated show that one- Roy (and his tabby cat) was the GOAT.
The tabby cat here is actually fine and friendly, they just sometimes get sent out fostered for a week to get a rest from the shelter. It will get a real home at some stage.
OK so there was nothing in the exact area I wanted so just decided to look at a townhouse over in the other main 'poor mans' side of the suburb. Has a line through it purely because of it being on a bit of a busy street/thoroughfare that I could instantly see joy cat getting run over but man otherwise the building itself was PERFECT, would suit so well. Need to get something similar just in a better spot even if it means an extra $100-150k.
Might look at that side as a back up as well, doesn't really seem that bad at all looked like just average decent people living there, even a couple of locals gave us a friendly hello when I went for a walk around. It's full of a lot of crappy looking 1960s type units is what mainly brings it down in value.

Yeah the guy across from me, I've chatted to, and recently the young couple downstairs.
But honestly you dont see that many ppl in the hall very often. I leave for work at like 8.15am, never see anyone. Come home 3.45pm, never see anyone. Love it.
