If Notting gets 1 for his then Fletcher had to get 2. Jarrad Waite got 2 for stuff all earlier in the year too. Can't compare the suspensions to Brodie Holland, everyone that doesn't wear black and white and some that do know that Brodie was let off extremely lightly.

I would imagine coming into and during finals, two weeks is the most that the tribunal will give but they are also too scared about these sort of comparisons to let anyone off altogether. Spineless bunch of fools that they are. Time to set some proper gradings for offenses so we know what is what.

I disagree. He left the ground and collected Hayden with a forearm to the face. Its not like his shoulder was tucked in either...his arm was a mile away from his body. Thats a textbook charge/strike and ALWAYS gets matches. When you leave the ground then your done for. That added with Fletchers pathetic tribunal record - 11 times in 10 years hes been reported for just about everything under the sun other than time wasting, then he was almost certainly gonna get weeks.

Instead of blasting the system, the tribunal, the umpires, the freo players....how bout someone get in Fletchers ear and say hey...this just isnt bloody good enough.

Milne got 3 weeks for giving scarlett a punch to the shoulder and got 2 weeks for making contact with McLeods shoulder!
CLearly a wrong decsion!

Holland pleaded guilty, was struck first and doesn't have a record like Fletcher's. FWIW I thought Fletcher should have only got 1 week.

Correct.

Two weeks was the correct punishment. Good to see that clumsiness is no longer an excuse.

(Brodie could have got perhaps an extra week, but to say he got off "extremely lightly" is an exagerration in the extreme.)

Bullsh.it! What Brodie got is criminal compared to what Fletcher got. How many do you think Fletcher would have got had he done the same thing as Brodie.....I reckon the would have given him 6

Firstly pleading guilty was a no-brainer, could hardly have denied it. Secondly, are you referring to that jumper/chest tap as being justification for Brodie's king hit?
