Leave aside the issue of colonisation for a moment, the Catholic Church is certainly the source of the principle of equity within our English based legal system; and its hierarchical superiority over the harshness of strict form based law. It's been the source of conscientious based conduct in a legal sense within our system. That's not an insignificant thing; no matter where you sit on matters of religion or politics.Nor I yours.
Lol
Yes because the British French and Catholic Church are the pillars of freedom and cultural colonialism.

Yassmin's tweets were perfectly fine and if nothing else showed how Anzac Day has become completely unrepresentative of the values it was originally meant to represent. Of course she gets hounded out of the country whilst Folau gets money thrown at him for being an actual bigot. It's what this country is all about these days. They were both tweets is where any similarity ends. Yasmin did not post as a private person, Folau did. Yasmin posted a posted a horrible about returned soldiers, Folau quoted the bible. Folaus words were protected, Yasmin's weren't. Folau was sacked for his religious beleifs which is unlawful, Yasmin was not sacked because even though she admitted her post was hateful bigoted and inappropriate

Why couldn't we?Bit more to it than just that.
I’m not defending Folau’s crusade, but no one can challenge his love or loyalty toward this country.
Can we in good conscience say the same about Yasmin?
Why couldn't we?
Because let’s cut the crap.
Yasmin sneers at the idea of an Anglo Saxon/Celtic descendant Australia, and she sneers at white Australian’s - many of whose forebears built this country out of the dirt, and who fought and died for it.
She wilfully pisses on all of that.
Her public commentary, and affiliation with the likes of Hizb Ut Tahir, also at the very least suggest she believes in some manner of Sharia Law being enacted in this country....whether that be alongside our existing legal system or as a replacement, I don’t care.
She is scum, and the sheer embodiment of the bastard union between Islamism and contempary Social Liberalism.
Plain and simple.
Lest we forget the ardent defenders against tyranny were MIA in this pitched free speech battle.
If truth be told, Folau wasn't sacked for quoting The Bible, his Bible quote didn't even mention homosexuals...
If you can’t see the difference between Folau and Yasmin, good luck to you.
Yasmin went against the ultimate in PC groupthink. Patriotism.
To be fair the word homosexual is a fairly new invention, it was coined some time in the late 1800s. Several versions of the Bible though now use the term in various verses to refer to behaviour that is disapproved by Christine doctrine because it can be inferred from what the verses are describing that it is indeed referring to what we currently label as homosexuality or at the very least homosexual acts.
Nor I yours.

This post would be laughable if it weren't for the fact that some people believe this tripe. And those that do are far more of a threat to this country than anyone like Yassmin could ever be.Because let’s cut the crap.

She wilfully pisses on all of that.
The thousands of Australian men who died in the Great War and the impact that had on this nation, is not something for cultural Marxist’s to now stand and sneer at.
Second of all, her public commentary, and affiliation with the likes of Hizb Ut Tahir, also at the very least suggest she believes in some manner of Sharia Law being enacted in this country....whether that be alongside our existing legal system or as a replacement, I don’t care. You want that ****, I don’t want you in this country.
She is scum, and the sheer embodiment of the bastard union between Islamism and contempary Social Liberalism.

CorrectThe Magna Carta. The Declaration of the Rights of Man. The English Bill of Rights. These are the stones that paved the path to [some of the] freedoms you enjoy today. ... it’s based on historical fact.
more of a threat to this country than anyone like Yassmin could ever be.
LolThe Magna Carta. The Declaration of the Rights of Man. The English Bill of Rights. These are the stones that paved the path to all the freedoms you enjoy today. I’m sure you don’t value my opinion ... it’s based on historical fact.

Her mob?Why?
Not even a minority of our number, harbour fantasies about blowing people up in the name of our beliefs.
We don’t wish to surplant our existing system of parliamentary democracy in favour of some medieval theocracy.
Can her mob honestly say the same?
Her mob?
The issue you've noted above, doesn't diminish the argument he's made about the source of a major portion of the freedoms in the society in which you live. No system is perfect.Lol
Ask the indigenous people’s of the world and I’m sure they’d just lol right up in your face with me.![]()
The freedoms he talked about, are about as meaningful as the United Nations is for uniting the nations. The issue you've noted above, doesn't diminish the argument he's made about the source of a major portion of the freedoms in the society in which you live. No system is perfect.
