Does the half time entertainment of a H&A game influence peoples decision to attend? It is only 20 minutes, I guess most here just love the game so it makes little difference.

Do punch ups in the crowd outdo some strobe lights & some music? Not convinced the NRL have it right themselves.

Safety for attendees over a short period of secondary entertainment for me.
Half time is for toilet stops and beer lines

Little bit Bears, little bit boomerang. Love it.

And Darryl White is such a great bloke. Had half an hour in the pub with him a few years ago, and it is still one of my fondest memories.
Great bloke with a disarming sense of humour.

In the era he played we didn't get to see a lot of him publicly but his personality would've been a huge hit these days.

If anything was going to drive me to violence it's screaming banshees telling me how and when to barrack.
I read that as "telling me how and when to bark" I need caffeine in my system quick.

No but I don't want two women screaming through PA's about Lachie Neale's calves. Point is put on some music, stfu and let people have a gander during the qtr time breaks.

In relation to game day experience. Rugby League is dire and pathetic, the night was incredibly boring contest wise, crowd full of middle aged men with high egos. Good interval entertainment though.

That was the only one that's been sent to the media. The night was full of small fights. Wasn't enjoyable. Have been given free tickets for the entire weekend. Won't be going back
I was in the Valley yesterday and a lot of the attendees were already drinking early in the afternoon. No surprise that there was some unrest.

Not to mention the ones that get liquored up at the Caxton or the Paddo. But like others have said, there'd no doubt be some other illicit substances being consumed. Most of the issues they have in English soccer crowds are with drugs rather than booze - it wouldn't surprise if it's a lot more widespread than people might expect.

Anyone know when the tickets for our game against Melbourne at the G will be on sale? Also, where's the best spot to sit as an away fan at the G?

This week I think. No clue re where to sit as an away fan as the last lions game at the G I got to see was the 2018 Richmond pasting :(

Another great RobVlog, Mitch's little daughter's reaction to becoming a big sister is so gorgeous.

Two of Mitch's kids have lived with their dad as a superstar afl player (over two hundred games =superstar, don't care about the criticisms) .

One of kids will have absolutely no idea. By the time she is old enough to have memories he Will be long gone. Sure, she will hear the stories and see the relics, but will never experience the thrill of seeing him run out in a stadium of 30k cheering fans.

Weird. Wonder if she will give him more grief as she gets older than the others.
