I just found out that each ultimate disc team gives the other team points for spirit at the end of every game for good sportsmanship. Every tournament has a winner and a spirit winner.
And, this is awesome, there are NO UMPIRES. Even at international level! The team spirit capitan is a rules junkie and the two spirit captains discuss on field issues during the game and agree to penalties.
How very cup of tea is that.
