No offence, but how many on that list can actually be considered "Geelong Bigfooty Supporters"? If you're going to add 1 post veterans, why don't you just put down the 20,000-odd Geelong supporters that bought memberships this year?

But the thing is, this is a "Geelong Bigfooty Supporter Count", not a "if you happen to wander by post your name down along with all your aliases count".

On the West Coast board we got 40-something supporters, of which only 3 had under 50 posts.

I really don't think that alias' are being counted. And I read this board and the main footy board most days but maybe I just don't have anything that I believe is interesting enough to add. Anyway what does it matter to you whether posters are counted with 1 post or 1000 posts.

In all fairness, if even a moderate fraction of that 20K posted on BigFooty, that would make Bluey a very, very, very, very happy gentleman.

By my own observations, though, it seems that our ranks here on BigFooty are growing since the end of last season... any other Cats barrackers agree with me on this?
