Cook left at the end of the 2021 season, Carlton hired him at the conclusion of that same season but even for someone like Cooky trying to turn Carlton into a Geelong-esque modern day powerhouse is proving to be a monumental task.

Yeah, I mean a guy who spent 6-years in a senior management position at Geelong, is certainly a suitable candidate to investigate player payments made largely during his time when in a senior management position at Geelong.

It sounds even sillier when you type it out.
