GF Distraction Thread - 2017 Exit interviews

So.....

Given there is no more footy as the season is over.... here's the premise for this thread.

Conduct the exit interview for one player.
Address their season, how they did, what they did well and what they need to work on.
Will they be back and what they will be doing next year?

Constructive criticism is the key. If you want to highlight bad things - go for it - but you have to provide reasonable solutions. Dont just say there were shit. Provide solutions to make them better.

It supposed to be informative, opinion based but not a shit fight.

Anyway, pick a player and have a crack.
