No truth at all. It wasn't even Nixon, it was fabricated. I went on his Facebook page and compared the posts, and they're nothing like his. Mentioned the Holmes BS, then Hawthorn and Dogs players being on ice (which would have caused a massive shitstorm if a) true, and b) he'd inferred that without a shred of proof. Then the post uses poor grammar and looks like it was written by a 12 year old, and they can't spell De Goey...lol.

Whole thing is the BS fever dream of some random half-illiterate footy nuffie, so no need to worry

I can't How will we be in the market for a late first. This year's and next year's first for bruhn/Henry and if we get p7 thatll mean we'll have earlier options.

I like him but hes a late riser probably goes top 30 and i doubt we have a top 30 pick (except 7 which is too early for him) after our trades.

Oh definitely. I'd say it's more who we're looking at in the event that we don't end up with Pick 7. Can't just put all your chips in for one player when you have no idea what's gonna happen in the trade/FA/draft period

See above. As we've discussed, we'll likely bundle all our picks and see if we can get into the 20's, so Hotton could still be there then as a slider. If we don't get Bowes and Pick 7, and can't get Clark, then we'll probably do everything we can to move up the board to get a bolter like him, in order to still get a decent prospect we're interested in

I was however a bit surprised he wasn't included a bit more in the post-game acknowledgements and general jubilation; after all we may have not beaten the Pies without him.

On another note, i don't get why people question O Henry's mobility: he would be no less athletic than his brother who was a champion junior decathlete.

Tested low by position in his underage year. I think he is an ok athlete and a lack of fitness makes him appear less mobile

Officials . Players and Families appear to have very strong bonds and contribute to a strong Geelong culture.
I’m sure that’s a consideration in trading and drafting decisions.

I get that strategy but i doubt anyone is trading us a 20s pick for 3 or 4 later picks i dont see us finding a buyer. Like the idea but doubt its realistic. More likely trade the picks into futures.

Has a step within traffic that's stellar, and has a lot of different tricks with some genuine pace. Good height and build for an 18 year old...gee there's a lot to like there...
