Was criminal you guys were forced to pay up for Cameron. Henry and Bruhn would be playing in the firsts I reckon.

Not the end of the world. We drafted Holmes and Neale anyway.. We would've used two of those picks in the 2020 draft on them. As for the other pick, it was a matter of whether Collingwood preferred Conor Stone or Henry. We were happy with either. Of course we could've kept our 2021 first instead of a couple of 2021 seconds but we also wouldn't have had Nick Stevens who looks a likely type.

Bruhn never made it to any of those picks. GWS picked him up with the pick they recieved for Zac Williams lol

Damn haha well I hope you guys go hard for Tanner. Reckon he’s a gun. Henry would have been a good rohan replacement. Rate Holmes, Stevens and Neale and hope to see more.

Do actually think you guys have some underated youth on the list. Henry, SDK, Stephens, Knevitt, Dempsey, Evans etc

Henry isn’t underrated, he came 2nd in our B&F last year. The others you mentioned haven’t done anything yet.

#9 Ted Clohesy

The most prolific Falcons midfielder afield, Clohesy racked up a game-high 27 touches and laid 14 tackles in a well-rounded outing. He produced a few clean breaks from the centre bounces but also impressed with his blue-collar work. A great double effort in term two saw him courageously fly for a mark, land, and then compete to win the ground ball successfully. As a Geelong NGA candidate, he is one to monitor for Cats fans.

#9 Ted Clohesy

Having won plenty of ball with a good amount of midfield minutes in Round 1, Clohesy rotated much more heavily into the forwardline this time out. While not the quickest ball winner, he found a lot of possessions in contested situations and would get first hands to it with ease. He booted consecutive goals within two minutes of each other during term three, albeit from 50-metre penalties, to make his move forward count. Once thrust back into midfield, he had no trouble finding first touch once again.

I hope for our sake he's not #9 in a phantom draft

Where is that from?

Ah ok, he wears the number 9. Crisis averted

I see Vossy wielded the axe - 5 of them got the chop after their terrible loss last week - and one of them - was the much loved Fog ( who will be back playing for our VFL side next season - book mark it )

My question - what did the famous Navy Blues give us for the Fog

Apparently Carlton - are going to amend their Articles of Association - or write/change their company constitution - that they are never ever ever going to trade for a former Geel high draft pick - Smedts/Lang and the good old Fog - what a trifecta

Pick 30 which we flipped for higgins and a later pick that we used on nick stevens.

Bruhn went before any of the picks we traded to gws so we couldnt have got him barring a live trade. We would have taken henry though i reckon.

Nah 9 is his player number. I reckon he might go inside p40 though which means we cant match. Hopefully hes a late pick and we can match.

TDK is contracted i think but wouldnt be surprised if we chase him again.
A certainty. It’s not often you have a player you think “if only we could clone him” and he has a brother with similar attributes!
