How much is it worth in the draft? Meaning, If an interstate boy is rated slightly better than a local boy should the go home factor be taken into account and how much?
I just feel the crows get screwed sometimes with the go home factor in that you lose more going home than you gain coming home. It seems more adelaide locals are happier to stay in say Melbourne, inparticular if they have some kind of business on the side. Yet a lot of interstaters want to return home at some stage.
Do you think the crows take it into consaideration enough or would you like more of a focus on it to help secure things long term?
