The first time I went into Graylands I thought I was Todd Woodbridge. All that resulted was getting beaten up by other patients and the girls didn't want to know me. Last time I went in I went as George Clooney. All the guys wanted to know me and all the girls wanted to blow me.

I highly suggest you pretend you think you're George Clooney. It worked for me.
