Honestly from what I have played most "Aussie" gamers are relativley mature gamers.

Most Americans fit the steryotype to the exact degree though, loud mouthed, arrogent ________s, I would say that in my experiences I have had more over 18 Americans than under though, so I dunno, maybe the 360 has more under 18 and PS3 more over 18.:confused:

In a design and creativity sense, they're some of hte most amazing visuals I've ever seen - but purely in graphical terms they aren't THAT great.

BUT

When the next GTA comes out PS3 exclusive, or at least force the 360 version on to multiple discs, they will have a lot more space to work with which should hopefully make the specs match the creativity.

I've had way more over 18s, but some of them can be w***ers too. Early experiences with GTA is you get a lot of tryhard gangster wannabes, which was obviously going to happen. Haven't had anyone try and abuse me or anything, they're just dicks sometimes.

Why exactly would it be either of those things?

The 360 will probably go to Blu Ray by that time considering HD is as close to officailly dead as can be.

What a load of crap.

Custom game lobby = Set up.

Custom games aren't live matchmaking lobbys. They're closed to everyone unless they are invited in (ie, they all knew each other and obviously did this as a "joke")

I play as much halo3 as anyone around and its never like that in normal ranked matchmaking.

And even in the rare instance you get the odd kid annoying everyone, the sheer amazing flexibility of the halo online interface comes into play. One click and they're muted.:thumbsu:

Fact is, if you have friends to game with, you play with them and never have to listen to any annoying randoms. Probably tough for you to have this experience KP. If your gamespeak demeanour is anything like your posting one, you'd be the first person most people mute let alone matchmake with.

Can the mods please remove all the unrelated crap out of this thread please.

Extra storage is not going to affect specs at all. How could that possibly work?

Besides, the 360 version is running at 720p with 2xAA, the PS3 couldn't even handle that. They had to upscale and add some heavy filters.

Never experienced anything like that, and I've played a fair bit of Halo. Besides that's a custom game...

Yeah, but Microsoft won't be able to use Blu-Ray in the same way as Sony does, Sony have it in the machine and can therefore use it for games, XBOX will only have it as an add on and if they are to use it for games it would exclude a majority of 360 users, whether this turns out to be good for Sony or not is yet to be seen, but the Blu-Ray can store 25GB on a single layer disc, which means that is what can be put on a PS3 game - single layer of course(MGS 4 is using Dual layer, which is 50GB) - whereas the 360 can only be played using the DVD-9 disc which I think is about 9GB.

So whether Rockstar choose multiplatform or exclusive could proove whether Rockstar can use absolute 100% creative license with 25-50GB(Probably not until GTA 6 TBH) or limit themselves to the 9GB and put it on multiple discs(Not a crack at 360, just fact).

Not really, just set's you up coming in on the boat(You have to have something) and once your off the boat it is pretty much straight into it.
 
yeah the detail is great, when you damage the car or a wall or anything it actually makes an impact and looks good. just little shit like that makes it ____ing sick.

And to save me from the same fate I will add that the motorbikes in GTA4 are great. Very quick and responsive + the stacks are brutal!
