Does Michael Barlow with a touch more speed go from a rookie pick to top ten?

I'd have expected elite foot skills
Maybe he is a defective mid that clear danger before the ball going to hb or FB . A better version of ibbo .taller with good intercept mark .

Logue = Unsure
Darcy = Unsure
B Cox = Happy
L Ryan = Happy

After the last few drafts I will trust Lloyd and just wait and see how things pan out.

Would love to hear from Freo what they are thinking Logue will be in the next 5 years, Mid or Def.
Interesting to read that Freo had Logue as number one on their wish list, so even if SPS had been available it would seem we would have gone Griffin - from what I've seen I think he is going to be an absolute jet.

Darcy may be Hannath Mk2 or he might just trim down into a nice little ruck. meima will be happy to see him dominating the WAFL at Peel :)

I personally prefer olango or somebody more mobile l , very disappointed freo use 38 on sean darcy . But ross like this type of traditional ruck. So just got to trust their instinct. Very happy with logue, and bulldog will be good fit for english also.

I think it was Dusty Rhodes the former Wrestler who said he didn't get injured nearly as often as his elite, tight bodied opponents due to the extra luggage he carried around.

I think we've gone Dusty Rhodes this Draft - big bodied lads that are going to walk the Long Mile. There's no need to remember these names now lads, you're unlikely to forget them in a few years from now.

We could pick up Olango on Monday.

The thing that most impresses me about Logue looks to be his overhead / contested marking (from the short videos I've seen). To have someone like that, with his work ethic, running around the midfield is incredibly exciting.

So who missed out? Was it Guelfi (?) with elite speed and endurance but a little undersized that tore apart the colts finals. Should get a rookie spot? The much talked about Olango didn't get drafted.

We needed a back-up ruck so we reached. Battle or another player and him much later. Anyone thinking he'll be a great ruvk is kidding themselves. Our last two picks I'm fairly happy with but time will tell.

With the defensive players we have picked up over the trade period and draft it will be really interesting to see who will be our back 6 come round 1 . Will be really interesting to see the practice matches and see who stands out before season proper. There is a huge amount of depth in the backline and to a certain degree the midfield. The rookie draft should be used to pick some medium forwards

Unless they have Cox earmarked as a forward

Thought i saw Logue playing forward now and then in a few of the vids I've seen... versatile [emoji106]
