Anyway, Lade is thought of as having a great football brain. IF Dimma was sacked, would people be happy with him as an interim/prospective coach?

In what way does he have a great footy brain?

Not disproving it but on whose authority has this been verified? Any rationale behind this assertion?

Furthermore if we are looking at improving our list do we want a great footy brain except in the recruiting area?

Don't worry we got the cash to pay him out. Now it's time for Peggy, Benny and the board to address this woeful coach(and his staff)
now before he completely destroys our players by playing them out of position with no game plan and no onfield leadership.

But we have not had a rebuild under Hardwick!!

Getting Houli, Grigg and Chaplin along with Maric is not a rebuild!!!

We have to go hard in the draft and support the likes of Dusty, Lennon, Rioli, Ellis's, Menadue, McIntosh etc.. who are our future!

My opinion is based on what Phil Walsh said.

Fair enough but Phil was good, I just don't like to rely on opinion alone and Phil's opinion could have been qualified to certain areas like development versus recruiting and so forth.

Do we know whether Phil's opinion was wholistic covering all aspects of footy regarding Lade?

Lade could be a footy genius for all I know but it looks like we do not have any footy geniuses based on club performance at our club at the moment but I can't discard that notion altogether

How are we going to be stronger in 3 to 4 years, lids will be gone , Cotchin past it , maric gone, Rance gone, Reiwoldt twilight of career?

It's hard to really get an idea of how good an assistant coach is, but pretty much every aspect of our side that Lade has been in charge of has been average at best. Do not want.

Look if you are saying our recruiting and development needs to improve to give us a chance of wining a premiership you may have a point but it can't change our list management strategy.

Even Hawthorns list management does not stand still and they are always looking at ways to get good talent in including the highly rated youngsters
