Yes that race she won at the Valley abgout 4 or 5 weeks ago got me on her bandwagon. Halfway down the straight I was about to pencil her in as a blackbooker due to her unluckyness and then somehow she got out and won!

3 winners but generally most of the horses went for were ordinary! Thats okay though because i found a few to blackbook!

Escape Claus the obvious one bolted in - Always wins against average leaders
Perfection on Ice - I'm working her out, shes a leader, duh! When she gets the draw she will win
Maxistar - Don't know where that came from but that was a good win. Led, rolled along in quick time, gave nothing else a chance, follow when drawn to lead
Anothermax - think he'll win too when he can lead, needs a gun draw
Rivulet is definately a leader, that destroyed today
Darkwing - good run considering leader rolled along and she death seated, shes getting close to a win

Also a rant on Shane Graham. This driver hasn't got a clue about rating lower grade horses in front. Time and time again he'll find the front and butcher his mounts rating them to fast for there ability, he really needs to get clue.

R4 - My First Gem.... Should hold out Akua and Motu Flair and Style. If thats the case will be hardest to beat.

Redcliffe

R1 - Guy in a Hurry/Il Tenore... Recent form of GIAH is pretty average but should find the lead here. Il Tenore is the only danger and i'd be shocked if the winner came outside those 2.

R2 - Melton Gunna Max/The Apprentice... Melton Gunna Max should lead and if theres any chinks in his armour i'm banking on The Apprentice to be the sweeper. Really though, Melton Gunna Max should get an easy lead and he looks hard to run down as there should be little pressure on him in front.

R3 - River Valley Rocket.... Has to get the lead easy to beat these

R4 - Tenacious Vixon.... Easier race then last week, if she fins the front, she'll win

R5 - Flying Casino/Lotsa Sunset - Good chance if FC finds the lead. I like LS because of the trainer and draw, form isnt crash hot though.

R6 - Mightegigi - Good draw, might follow the leader or be 3 back, should be rushing home

R7 - Queen Latifah.... First start but i like the driver on board

R8 - Miss Symonds.... Hardest to beat again

Hows this on supertab. First 2 favourites won the first 2 legs of the quad, then Mightegigi and Queen Latifah brang it home. The quad pays 1082.50! .. or the running double on the last 2 races, 177.20! There's value to be had there, just got to think outside the box! ie. not what everyone else thinks

Melton Gunna Max proves again to be a very underated leader
Invinsible Barnes put up a hugggge run. Broke, was tailed off 40+m, tacked on and flew home for fourth in a sprint home coming home faster then anything. Oh yes, that will be winning next start!
Queen Latifah won untouched, not once did he even shake the reigns at her!
Miss Symonds ... No reason to get off, she just keeps winning any which way!

An excellent night Danger Mouse! I got on a few of yours tonight and included them in my quaddie. Pity I'm in NSW and the quaddie only paid $784 but I probably would have missed out on one of the last two legs without your tips so appreciate them and keep them coming! I'm sure there are plenty of people keeping an eye on your tips and it's a pity no one seems to be giving you much praise (even though I'm certain there are people using your tips).

I'm more of a gallops follower so I enjoy any trot tips I can get. Keep up the good work!

.... haha nah mate i'm not in it for the praise, i'm more doing this because if i write them down on a public forum i'm more inclined to follow them harder thus knowing the form better thus i'll know when i find the really good things.

Gold Coast

R4 - Diva Nitro... Horrible form but it's a horrible race. Drawn perfectly inside the second row, sneaky chance but must get big odds because she is a dud but so are the rest.

R5 - Rapid Crusader/Initial Lee.... RC drawn to lead and win. Initial Lee is good enough to knock him off if he shows his best which is not always the case.

R6 - Added On... Shizen field. Well this thing will lead but will it hold on? Anyones guess

R7 - I'm Hood Winked... Flew out last time in 28.2 and was fighting it out till the line. Will get an easier lead here but will he hold on?

R8 - White Eye Markei/Lamborgindi/Save The Ace.... If WEM leads and is left alone, he will bolt in but Westburn Ruby may hold him out. Lamborgindi first up but hes a fave of mine and Save the Ace should be charging home late.

Oh and if ever a horse deserved to be 1.01 then it's Lucky Elsie. I'll describe her last 4 runs....

Led at Penrith and won untouched
Galloped out, lost 150m at the start and ran third in a 156.6 mile rate, one of the best runs in the history of this country
Ran fifth in the 100,000 dollar mares final behind some superstars in a 1.53.7 mile rate
Ran second against the best FFA horses in NSW coming from last in a 55.7 last half

yeah i did down at pinjarra...but ive seen this horse put up the most amazing performaces on the track he has an enormus turn of speed comes from last leads sits in the death can do it all...mister odds on a good horse but hes 3 and hes drawn on the outside of of sneakyn down under which hurts

Hey I notice not alot of people talk about Moonee Valley racing on here when its clearly the best racing and quality other then the ongoing winter carnival up in the sunshine state.

Heats of a top race named after the best horse are coming up being the Christian Cullen Cup

The first heat has 3 potential super stars, no exaggeration. Melpark Major, Mister Swinger and Count De Lira.

Go with Melpark Major as he has a better draw then the other 2 and his trail win at Baccus Marsh was amazing.

The 2nd heat sees potential superstar and Melton Plate winner as well in Captain Kalahari. He is second up and has the pole and should be winning if he benefits from his first up run which he should.
My next door neighbor Broadway Play is a good mare but nothing the like in ability as Captain Kalahari.
Hunter Cup 4th placegetter Ultimate Mark is resuming but the draw has him paddling up shit creek without a paddle against the field.

Also look for Ghadasbest and Just Glorious to win as they like.

Yeah danger mouse noticed you didn't go to well.
I was wondering on what u thought about the Redclife Gold Cup on Friday night and what are your opinions on what in gods name has gone wrong with Tip Your Hat, i like I Am Sam but I am not sure about the stand start with a few of these.

Well technically the only 2 horses i said should win, both won... i guess the lesson learned there is i got to stop putting in horses unless i'm confident they can run well! Really i should have done better though but its easy in hindsight.

R4... I know diva nitro sucks but i put her in
R5... I knew Rapid Crusader should win but i added initial lee
r6.... I knew Added On has gate speed and that was it, hardly form to go on but i put it in
r7.... biggest stuffup sorta. took im hood winked knowing its very sus at the end of its races and left out mountain rainbow cos it was first up, i even knew it was the horse to beat, i can be dumb at times and on top of it, it pays 7.20, good grief
r8.... white eye markei was obvious and save the ace was the obvious rusher if they attacked up front but why put in lamborgindi when hes a leader and he was first up but i put it in cos im a biased prick!

Just overall dumb on my behalf, dumb, dumb, dumb!

3 words ... I Am Sam! I think hes almost unbeatable there, well maybe not quite. Thats the Spirit i'm a huge fan of! Noway i'm leaving her out, in fact i will backing her hoping she gets buried on the fence, gets out late and storms home like a motherf.... rocket!

If I Am Sam turns it into a stamina test though, its over!

yeah agreed with iron hudge and be diligent...iron hudges run was massive so stick on and run 3rd but be diligent won and so did i.

our brahman boy raced in the death didnt it from memory..i thought it was a good run..i am sam should win dixon runners are good from the stand usually..

underate be diligent at your own peril.u would have seen what he did to them at the redclif 4yo+5yo champs where he was 4 in the last lap and blew them away i think hes a very serious grand circuit horse

yeah seth....broadways best lives next door to me and they have always had a huge opinion of it she gave them 50 at the top of the striaght in a trial one day and ran them down...

i didnt fall into the 1.40 but i fell in the 36 on debut when it lost to ananz...it looked as if she was disappointing today but she raced as rough as a robbers dog..forgive but dont forget

I'm going to half my outlay, and to make it simple half my bank which is currently in the red. Reason behind this is im switching to taking everything the win with $10. I wil also change this to 1unit to be in sync with DM. Going to concentrate on the Valley in an effort to slowly but (hopefully) surely get my head above water again!
Being $543 down this puts me as being 270.5down which puts it at 27units down (to make it an even number)!

Have'nt always gone the best horse in the race but when I was in a 50/50 or a 60/40 tussle went with the one who would be paying more! This puts me 36units down!
