As much as many don't like 7, I prefer them because of the numerous interviews and coverage they have with Harvs & Freo etc. Though i still use 9 on occasion.

I'm with you Surf, I cannot stand Barra slaughtering through a story, 7 has always been a WCE channel. That being said, I always find myself flicking back and forth though over from ch9 so can absorb all that is FREO!
