We have not one player who can consistently take a contested mark in the forward line, our best key forward is thirty years of age, and starting to show it.
Keplar, Jack Anthony, Grover will probably be gone next year, with Silvagni gathering plenty of interest from other clubs.
Our midfield of Mundy, barlow, Fyfe, Morabito, Sandilands have all had injuries, is it just bad luck or bad management?
Sandilands and Mundy we can thank Harves.
Forster is a strange draft pick, we went for a backman, which we have plenty of, and missed out on a forward.
I can see why we went for mids/flankers in the last draft, but you would think we could of used one pick on a key forward, even rookie one.

He hasn't even played a game yet and you're writing him off as forward. You must know a lot about him?

Your endless spruking of Tyler Chalwell 18 months ago has your reputation in tatters as an expert on talent identification, but nevertheless, you're still out there criticising Lloyd so please fill us all in on a few details about Alex Forster.

Some of the things I'd like answered are;

What height was Alex when he was drafted?

How does that height compare to Kerstin and Darling's height when they were drafted?

Was there any potential for further growth at time of drafting?

What height is he currently?

What position did he mostly play in his junior days (under 16's)?

What position did he mostly play in colts footy?

Describe his ability in contested marking?

Is he an outside player or inside, or both?

Does he have any potential to play up forward?

I'm sure Lloyd could answer all these of the top of his head, but you know better than him so go for it. Looking forward (pardon the pun) to finding out a bit more about Forster.

I didnt have a go at Forster, I just said the pick was strange, we could of drafted a forward with that pick, Chalwell I may have have asked someone about his credentials, he was getting talked up on the draft thread.
Anyway its obvious we need forwards and inside mids.
