Hmmmm that explains it then!! I called into my local 7-11 today around lunchtime and honestly there were at least 15 kids in there all lining up for Slurpees and i struggled to get in the place with the wait for the slurpee machine out the door nearly!!

Trade practies act: actions agaisnt retailers.

Basically when retailers say " it's the manufacturers fault" or " you don't have a warranty" you can still get the goods exchanged providing it meets one of 6 conditions. Should always be able to argue the good aren't of merchantable quality. (inb4 caesar proves me wrong)
