Dingster
All I saw here is the vomit react from Tarkyn_24 so I'm delighted by my selection.

S25-36 Legends Draft Start
The elderly have said their piece before Matlock came on TV, the responsible middle aged parents managed to get their team in before dealing with their rowdy teens and sneaking a bottle of chardonnay, so now it's time for the youth of Sweet to strut!! Stand by for the Season 25-36 Superstars!

Yeah nah

Season 25-36 Selection One:

With the very first pick of the Season 25 to 36 team is TheInjuryFactory, representing both the season 26 rookie cohort and the Coney Island Warriors. Apart from running the tour of the Fremantle board which enticed both serial_thrilla & Tonga Bob to the SFA, the trophy cabinet at TIF’s house is bursting at the seams. Two beez trophies, a Mobbs Medal, two Frankston Rover Awards, one Frankston Rover Medal (Warriors B&F), six All-SFA guernseys (one as captain and two as vice captain), one State of Origin championship, twice WA SoO captain and twice vice-captain, one State of Origin MVP, longest serving Coney Island captain (five seasons), Coney Island Life Membership, two Pwned Trophies, a Fremantle Poster of the Year and a McInnes Prize. And probably more.

His media contribution to the league is without peer – from the graphics he does for most of us (including the Heritage Round guerrnseys) to the many iconic TiFMedia pieces he has created such as Three Things I Learned…, Power Rankings, SpudQoach & Flogstradamus among others, and the charity events he has run such as the Light vs Dark Trilogy. And now a number one pick in the Season 25-36 Team!

Season 25-36 Selection Two:

The second pick for Team s25-36 is another giant of the league, all 245kgs of him. Tigerturbulance is the name.

Joining the SFA in s25 with the Furies, Turbo has gone on to captain the club for a while in his 149 games at the hippodrome where he won a beez trophy, two All-SFA guernseys, three rfctigerarmy awards (Furies B&F) and Life Membership. He then ran the first successful expansion bid since season 18 to become the founder and captain of the Ophidian Old Boys where, in two and a half seasons, he has won a Mobbs Medal, two further All-SFA guernseys (once as captain and once as vice captain), a BOOB (their B&F), and led the club to a premiership last season.

Media wise Turbo is known for podcasts including Turbo’s Hot Seat, quizzes, singing songs, and team sheets or varying quality.

He also convinced his wife to join the SFA.

Eth is seriously missed around this place. I’d happily retire if he could return and take my spot.
Deal. Now retire bitch.

Season 25-36 Selection Three:

The third pick for the season 25-35 team is tony from the Las Vegas Bears. Part of a strong crop of rookies from season 30, tony has played 92 games with the Bears where he has been captain for the past two seasons. In that time he has been in two All-SFA teams and has won a slew of club awards including two Captain’s Awards (before he was the captain thankfully), Best Club Player, Best Rookie & Best Defender.

A noted exponent of the visual arts, tony’s graphics are of the highest quality and have graced many match thread OPs, the other bits of the match threads, team threads and player milestones. He's also had fifteen people whacked disappear under mysterious circumstances, and had a signed Real Madrid shirt for sale like 20 years ago.

Season 25-36 Selection Four:

Next up is the fourth pick for Team Players Whose Username Begins With A T Season 25-36, Roy supremo TedDougChris who is another of the season 25 class. The longest serving active captain in the SFA, Ted is now in his ninth season in charge at the BJO where he has won two premierships with one of those in his reign. He’s also won an All-SFA guernsey, a Broken Medal (Roys B&F) and is the current Itsmyshow Award winner, which apparently is for being the spammiest poster. Bloody Vikings!

As this last award intimates, Ted is an ever-present fixture not only in any match thread involving the Roys but across the broader league. He also has the biggest collection of gifs in Christendom and can play the guitar like an absolute fiend. A personality as big as his three-pronged username suggests, TedDougChris is a walk-up starter in our team.

Season 25-36 Selection Five:

We’re going to the season 29 Uberrookie cohort and saying ‘allo guv’nor to Chipmunk who is pick 5 in the season 25-36 team. A three-time All-SFA representative, a captain of the East Side Hawoenix for four seasons, a winner of the Filth Medal & Mr Eagle Award for doing stuff good, a bookmaker of note thanks to his ChippyBet franchises, the only rodent to come second to Garry Kasparov in chess and a rebrander extraordinaire, Chipmunk has contributed plenty to the world of Sweet in the six seasons he has been involved.

Despite currently being on a sabbatical from qooty Chip has remained active and match fit by hoarding nuts and chasing tail. Could this be a precursor to his return to the SFA? Who knows, but maybe a large enough donation to the Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation may be enough to entice him out of hibernation???

Season 25-36 Selection Six:

Coming in at pick 6 is Furies co-captain omgfridge. A packed 115 game qareer across the Gumbies, Royals and Furies has seen him accumulate a Mobbs Medal, four All-SFA guernseys, a Cartman Medal (Gumbies B&F) and life membership at Otherside Brewery included in his impressive resume.

omgfridge is a regular match thread OP creator, an ever-increasing media purveyor and an eclectic song nominator to go with being a key factor in the resurgence of the Fighting Furies in recent seasons, and is on the cusp of becoming a great of the SFA in the mold of former mentor Barrybran, a name we may hear again at some point…

Season 25-36 Selection Seven:

…and that time is now.

The 7th pick for the season 25-36 team is the aforementioned Barrybran. A member of the venerated s26 SpamBears rookie posse, Baz set off on a qareer of award accumulation by picking up the EKA at Las Vegas along with a maiden All-SFA guernsey before a sensational mid-season switch in his sophomore season saw him move to the Gumbies.

It was at the Plasticine Palace that the potential was realised. A beez trophy, a Mobbs Medal, a Fred Medal, a Frankston Rover Award, another four All-SFA nods including two as captain, another five seasons as Gumbies captain, two Cartman Medals (Gumbies B&F), a Ninty2Winty Golden Boot, three StFly Medals for best clubman and State of Origin success with WA highlight one of the most stacked resumes of the s25-36 team.

Baz has also been a huge contributor to Sweet media and behind the scenes action. From Baz Stats and the creation of the z-score concept in the SFA to the Wheel of Parity, match thread OP’s, match posting and maybe simming but probably simming, to leading a trio of brothers that revolutionised 70’s music and fashion and being a staunch advocate for the observing of Festivus in Sweet. Barrybran has pretty much clocked the SFA.

We’re going to the season 29 Uberrookie cohort and saying ‘allo guv’nor to Chipmunk who is pick 5 in the season 25-36 team. Season 25-36 Selection Eight:

Callums_Guns is a riddle wrapped in an enigma stuffed inside a picture of Toby Greene. He is also the 8th pick for the s25-36 team. Joining the Mount Buller Demons in season 27, Cal played 112 of his 148 games at the Snow Dome where he earned three All-SFA selections in a row from seasons 28-30, and played in a premiership team with the Dees the following season. Cal has also picked up a bunch of club awards at Mount Buller, including a Deestroy Medal (Demons B&F), a Deanus Award, two Coaches/Clubman Awards, an Eth Award and two Poster of the Year things. He then became an inaugural Old Boy where we played 25 games and won a [checks notes] Chancellor Cup whatever that means before being traded halfway through season 35, just in time to avoid winning a second premiership. He currently plays for the East Side Phoenix where he provides energy and experience to a team striving for success.

Cal has also been an outstanding media contributor over his journey, with notable inclusions being his tipping comps, the Golden Goose award, many match thread OPs, and his more recent Team Guns representative team, which is a team of people impersonating Toby Greene. He’s also at the forefront of ensuring that the SFA community are keeping an eye out for each other, which sealed the deal for his inclusion in the season 25-36 team.

Season 25-36 Selection Nine:

With the 9th pick, the season 25-36 team select thewizardmelon from the East Side Phoenix. Now in his third season as captain, he joined the SFA in season 32 and quickly established himself as one of the driving forces for the Phoenix where he won a The Filth Medal and is the epitome of a heart and soul player. Off-field he has been a regular match thread OP writer, a proponent of the Rising Star Awards and set up a Masters of Qootyology course. He also submitted a team sheet on time.

Quit your daydreaming melonhead, you’re in the season 25-36 team!

Season 25-36 Selection Ten:

FootyGuy13 is the 13th 10th pick for the season 25-36 team. The reigning All-SFA vice captain and long-serving vice captain of the Coney Island Warriors, Guy is a lot like an iceberg in that you may see quite a bit of what he does, but under the surface he is an absolutely massive presence. He also destroys ocean liners. Since joining the SFA via the Warriors in season 30, he has added a Frankston Rover Medal to his All-SFA guernsey, and was instrumental in the unveiling of the Coney Island Ski Club.

His media presence is looming, with some exceptional round 13 match thread OPs joined by his running of the Sweet Olympic Games, his work with the Rising Star competition (where he won the Gun award for best onfield performance by a s30 rookie) and more recently his Mobbs Medal Predictor using his patented voting calculations, which have also been utilised at the Warriors, the Melbourne board and in the e-AFL realm. His match simming and posting contributions over the journey though have been of the highest quality, as was his work with the Greatest Warriors of All Time thread, which combined his love of stats with a keen appreciation of history. Someone who gets Sweet and helps the place run, FootyGuy13 is a worth inclusion in the season 25-36 team.
