I've been doing it on purist, almost finished I'm pretty sure

Yeah I started on normal but am going to take it to Purist, because i was sick of all the hints it gave me and it was pretty much holding my hand every level, i want to be able to go and do what i want with no help, which Purist difficulty provides, will take me some time to get use to it though.

Are you on 360 by any chance? just created my first contract, but no-one on my friends list has the game.

I'm on 360, GT - Peter Engine

Haven't made any contracts yet, maybe on the weekend but I'll happily play through yours.

restarted on purist, i struggling bad haha get stopped so easy.
Yeah, I don't think I'm going to go through on Purist, playing that one contract that Knighta had set up turned me off a bit.

Just on that Knighta21 have you found yourself just going for any means possible to complete your story missions or did you go for the more elaborate 'signature' level assassinations? I figure it'd be extremely hard and frustrating to try and go for the real signature level kills.

I think I'm going to just go back and playthrough the levels on normal and just get all the challenges and highest scores possible (if I haven't already) once I'm done with the story (I believe I have 4 more levels left).

I've only created the 1 contract so far, it's a fairly simple one, based on the Chicago level, but hopefully i'll make more once i finish the campaign.

Had a quick muck around on the prologue mission and by muck around i mean completely ignore the chick telling me how to take out hostiles using stealth. The first guard you come across and she tells me to throw the wrench at the bin to distract him........ nope, i swapped that for the brick and threw it at him :D then proceeded to hide in the bin while he stood there watching me. Killed him and dragged the body around alerting guards, picking up coffee mugs, throwing them at unaware guards and dragging bodies on top of each other in awkward sexual positions.

Good thing about Hitman games is that they're a blast just to **** around on. Was only trying it on the old mans 360, will pick this up for PS3 as a Christmas present for myself and play it properly........ maybe ;)

You'll have fun when you get to a standing locker to place two guys in...:D

Loving the contracts section, game was good not a proper hitman game as in different missions different targets (like the previous games) but still a very good game on the whole. The online part though is awesome.

Absolutely loving this game, every mission so far I've been trying to get Silent Assassin and so far I've only managed to get it twice, also I've been doing every mission in a suit (no costume) and I have been playing on normal (at the start I didn't think you could play on hard until you completed it on normal ).

Is anyone else playing on PC?
I fapped.:(
I haven't yet, so could you please PM me a photo.

Has anyone else noticed Lynch in this game? (From the game Kane & Lynch).

Just finished this today. Really enjoyed it, I'd probably still rank it behind Silent Assassin and Blood Money though.

Played on normal with all the instinct options turned off. Managed to get around 4-5 Silent Assassin ratings, and am currently ranked top 3 in Aus for 2 of the later missions (Penthouse and Crematorium)

Going to go back now and play through on Professional, also want to have a look at some of the more creative ways in which targets can be killed.

IMO too linear compared to past Hitman games
Its like every game these days though, they are made console friendly so everything is one button to do something.

But it still is pretty decent, I love the addition of the knife, my favourite weapon by a long way.

I love using the knife, syringe or screwdriver. Looks good when you get a kill with it.

I've found myself doing levels over and over finding out when the best possible time to kill them are. Most of the time I either shoot or strangle them. I have done some signature kills like shooting the hoist thingy to drop onto them and crush them.
I don't mind repeating as it's a real challenge. Can be annoying though and I just change to all guns blazing:D
