Interested to know which player people would prefer.

Both very good utilities, great kicks and can play back, midfield and forward.

Hodge - Age 25, 150+ games, Premiership player, Dual All Australian, Club B&F, Norm Smith Medallist, U18 International Rules, U18 International Rules B&F...

Goddard - Age 24, 140+ games, Pre-season Premiership Player, All Australian, 2nd Club B&F, International Rules...

Who would you prefer?

Goddard gun, beautiful kick, can take the contested mark, finds his own ball, and kicks goals.

Both similar players. Smart, versitile footballers who can play anywhere and hit targets. Goddard is probably a slightly better kick (really comparing a Ferrari to a Lambo) and probably has a bigger tank. Hodge is tougher with more presence and is a better leader. Both very football smart.

As for whos better, lets wait till St Kilda are crap and see if Goddard can carry the whole team on his shoulders like Hodge is currently.

Goddard is having his best ever season so far. And yet Hodge is playing just as good if not better, all in a rabble of a side. Hodge has more runs on the board. He has also won a premiership off his own boot.

I think Goddard if he keeps it up could square it up as he is a gun, Hodge has more runs on the board, probably hodge for now. Goddard has every chance to end up better. Both are capable of another level up.

Wouldn't swap Hodge for Goddard (or anyone)
