I think I’m correct in saying that there are actually no crows in Australia. They are all ravens. Not sure what the distinction is but I wonder if it would mess with their collective minds to learn that they don’t exist. An existential concept that, perhaps weirdly, makes me smile. Although it may reduce any macabre pleasure to be had from a bull bar/raven mismatch.

There are five native species of Corvids (crows and ravens) in Australia. These are the Australian Raven, Little Raven, Little Crow, Forest Raven, and the Torresian Crow. Another, introduced species -the House Adelaide Crow - makes an occasional appearance. It is the only Corvid in Australia which has white in the plumage.

Torresian Crow, think they're more northern nsw and above. Most of what we see in Sydney Melbourne and Perth are Ravens.
