Personally I rate the draft this year quite well, Tenace the obvious standout and I know that we all rate him high...but wat about the others?

Also who do you think has been the best debutant this year? Personally Mackie id say......though byrnes looks to have so much talent (wish he would have more confidence on his right though.)

Are we talking about us as a whole? .If us the one player having games would not seem to me as being unduly strong.

Deb Love Cool Shannon would like to see him nail a goal on the run but boy hes the stuf, very imressed with the truck in a couple games at the Catery, not that big but keeps putting himself in to get the mark/ball even when a bit setup like with BG's kick, in fact he turn me into a believer this year, but I think I still might go for Tenace. His first year at the club , long running goals and could still come back in and do some damage in Sept. Looks to me with another preseason he would be expecting to become a regular. What a group of pacey winger types we are building , Byrnes, Tenace , Bomber Wojo , even Beemer breaks the lines.

Anyone got news on matthew spencer or cameron thurley

Thurley has been dissapointing to say the least. Lack of second efforts and agression to the ball lacks in his game. Also had big wraps on his finishing skills, but ive seen him miss a lot of simple goals that a good crumbing forward should kick.

Spencer is injured atm, but in the games ive seen him play he competes well, is very strong and a great pack mark.

Why are we saying Blakster is soft, put a few kgs on him, put him in the ring for a bit sparing ,feed him some under done porterhouse and get off the fagatini and you wont know him !!
Give him a couple of years to fill into his shell , he eat the like's of Fraser for breakfast.......hopefully

I mean soft as in weak attack on the ball, ducks the head etc. things you cant really change in a palyer no matter how heavy they are.
