Played up until U/14's then gave it away.

Best Bowling: 4/15 off 7 overs including 3 catches in the field.
Best Batting: 51no including a six on 45. Too bad it wasnt on 49.
Best Fielding: 6 catches and one run out.
NB: all different games.

Greatest knock was when our side was 4/10. Steadied the ship and shpaed the game in our favour.

I made 147 on Saturday in B grade seniors, then backed in up on Sunday with 106 representing my town in an under 16 Shield match. As a cocky young fellow, I thought making tons was a breeze and I was going to do it every week. I never made 100 again. I was 15 then. I'm 29 now. A 14 year run drought.
Turned in a Michael Slater like performance of getting out in the 90s on 5 occasions in the last 14 seasons, the worst one after batting for about 5 hours in 40 degrees before holing out limply to mid-wicket when on 96. One centimetre higher and it was four on a lightning outfield. Have replayed that shot over and over in my head. We won the game though, had one celebratory beer, then threw up all through the clubrooms from heatstroke.
Can't bowl for ********, my captain threw me the new ball in the second innings of a 'dead' game that we had already claimed the points in for a joke. Got 2/3 off three. Dined out on that for weeks. The opposition's opening batsman was so crapped off that I found the edge, he busted his brand new GM Diamond on the base of a tree!
Also have the dubious honour of being hit for 4 consecutive sixes in a game.

Everything was hitting the middle of the bat when i was out at the wicket, but i bloody got bowled just as i was looking for a big one.

We are now 2nd on the table (we were equal with today's opposition before the day's play). I still think we will beat them in the final.

Took 1/38 off 8 (1 dropped catch) and was involved in two run outs (not the two wickets my side lost either)

We finished undefeated after 7 One Dayers (1 was abandoned due to extreme heat), we know have The One Day Final at Home on Feb 18th, we are top of the ladder, after only 1 loss all season, finals are assured for us.
