we are cerntainly capable of doing it. Ross Lyon has no excuses if he doesn't go all out and try and belt the ***t out of the bummers tomorrow.

And you can all settle right down.

Has anyone not noticed any theme?

Teams are looking to finish their seasons with a bang (unless they have to play Geelong), and give themselves something going into pre-season - knowing they don't have to play next week.

Hence Port & Freo have torn 'em a new one.

The Dons might like to spoil the party, so talk of a 95 point win is like a 14 year old with a picture of Jenna Jamieson.

I agree. I think the events of last night and today got everyone a bit excited (including me). Lets just concentrate on tomorrows game, then at 7:15pm we can all go crazy again.

You're my nerd

Our media is saying EVERYWHERE that adelaide are playing geelong next week.

Not even a mere mention of the saints' possibility of finishing 4th.

Please kill the bombers so I can laugh at the crows media.

well, okay, in that case, we should give it a try !

thanks for helping us!

Dont worry about ending up 4th, we won today to ensure that the Crows feel the wrath of Geelong at the MCG.

Just do it for one man, Sir Robert Harvey as you did against the Crows last week.

Hmm, 9 hours ago we were thinking yeah, so we'll lose to Geelong but come out all guns blazing against someone in the Semi's. Not thinking at all that the loss to the Cats would do anything to us.

Now we gotta hope that the Cats give the Crows a massive touch up, so they come out depleted, and not wanting to win!

Oh and we gotta win our next two games as well.

Bloody Bulldogs, it was all working out so perfectly...

Gee I hope we can win by the required margin to gain fourth spot.

If we win by less we get an "away final" against Collingwood (despite earning the right to a home final).

If we lose to Essendon, we get an away final against Sydney.

I'd almost be tempted to lose and play Sydney. I think whoever gets to play Sydney is basically getting a practice match for the following week. I suppose many might say the same about Collingwood, but they are capable of rising to the occasion more than any other team (except maybe North).

The Saints are better than both.

I was thinking the same thing i'd rather lose and play the swans than play collingwood

I'm not that concerned with defeating Collingwood per se.

I'm more cheesed off that if we play them after getting fifth spot and they have eighth spot - that THEY will get the home ground advantage.

It is morally wrong.

I think we need to look past this. All of the main games are played at the MCG. Collingwood has already beaten us at the Dome this year (albeit a narrow margin). It's time to adopt an anytime, anywhere mindset. I know our best can get the required results, let's see if we can produce it.

We were dogged in that game though.

Harry highpants goal hit the flag, should be a point.

Kosi takes an awesome mark in the square. Wakelin and him are all over each other. It was a good marking contest. Somehow he plucks out a free kick to Wakelin.

And then that ball races down the other end to Thomas who kicks a goal on the siren.

So we went from should have been 2 points up at 3 quarter time, to 10 points down.

We will beat them at the Dome.

We might beat them at the G.
