sam it is goo dfor the players, and while being somewhat selfish of me, if i was in control, we would have a 30 week season where each team plays each other twice, a finals series of 5 weeks, a preseason comp of five weeks leaving 12 weeks for me to get into and over cricket... alas if only the rest of the country thought like me

I love the split round. Gives me a week to recover from the stress Freo have caused me in the first 11 weeks. A footy-free weekend is good for me. When we resume next week, I'll be raring to go

Go to the WAFL tomorrow! Support the local comp. I'll probably hit Swans Subi at Medibank. Don't know who will be running around from Freo yet but should be a crackerjack game.

At least a split round is heaps better than a general bye (as long as they split the games evenly and don't give Eddiewood a whole bloody weekend to themselves).

I can handle a Freo-less weekend as long as I've got other games to watch.
