A few years back now when we were injury hit and not doing too well we brought in a defender from Subiaco who was only doing average, but had good skills and the like. His first few games were nothing that special, but everyone could see he had talent. Some people compared him to Guy McKenna.

Later he became the go to man for this board to blame for losses, and was consistently criticized for being weak as butter. In that time he started slowly playing more and more time in the midfield.

now that player is one of the best midfielders in the competition.

my long bow point being that maybe it is time to take a risk on another talented but hardly sighted defender who obviously has talent but not the stats to show it?

come on pick Sibosado! :)

i see what your saying, and with our injury list, it just may happen, but unless, god forbid, mcpharlin or grover go down, i cant see them biting the bullet.... although they may just give him a run up forward

Dan Parker.

Re Mundy, I thought his Subi form was actually very good indeed prior to being picked.

Pick Sibo anyway

I thought you were thinking of Bollenhagen when I started reading; then I remembered he is injured as well.

I'm all for giving Sibosado a crack - we need to see what he can do at some point - but I'd prefer we move MJ forward and play Faulks in the backline.

The only positive I can see in picking Sibosado is that i wont have to put up with him at Perth.
Im all for giving guys a go and have nothing personal against Casey but his form is that poor at Perth they are talking about dropping him to the reserves.

Oh dear.. Notte sounding good.

If we're talking a HBF with the potential to go into the middle I thought we'd have been talking about Roberton
