Movie I think I just saw the worst movie ever.

Anyone seen The Langoliers? I thought it was horrible, but checked imdb and others don't think its too bad...

I love The Langoliers. I love Stephen King movies, especially his earlier works. I think he has declined a bit in the last few years. David Morse is one of my favourite actors.

The Identity Project is one of many abominations that screened at the Dungog Film Festival last year.

Actually, it was the worst.

Mass walkout in the first five minutes. Steady stream throughout the film.

Made it to 85 minutes but just couldn't stand it anymore.

Only about ten minutes to go after that.

Painful...

I saw a pretty bad one on a plane earlier this year - "Dear John", based on the Nicholas Sparks novel.

I have never read the novel so I am not sure if it is a case of the book not adapting well to a movie, but something went badly wrong here, considering the great success of "The Notebook" several years earlier. Most noticable was the total lack of chemistry between leads Amanda Seyfried and Channing Tatum.

Goods call On couples Retreat....

Utter P.O.S.

I fly a fair bit so have the pleasure of having some truely horrific car crashes come my way.......

Top three of recent times.......

3rd Couples Retreat
2nd The Kings of Mykonos...... Makes you so proud to be greek

and the winner by a good length License to Wed with Robin Williams.....had me mesmerised its so shite

Just watched Joy Ride 2. Pretty horrific but not as bad as prey.

Sorry, but 'Druids' is the worst film you'll ever see.

Just terrible at every level. Poor production, poor costumes . . . terrible characters . . . is there a plot? I couldn't watch for more than 10 seconds to find out.

Some films are amusing cos they're so bad. This is NOT one of those.

The Cavern (Horror 2005)
Memento (Guy Pearce 2000)
Spider (Ralph Fiennes 2002)

These were so bad, before returning them I changed the little yellow tags on the spine of the cases (the ones that read drama, horror, action ect.) too shite, bizarre and do something else.

I respect your opinion, but can't ever agree to that one.

Back in the day when you used to hire DVDs from the local store, The Asylum was a production company that used to specialise in making cheap and crappy movies with similar titles as big budget releases from the major studios. The DVD would have similar sleeve covers as the mainstream release so if you didn't look carefully you would hire their movie instead of the real thing. The phenomenon became known as "mockbusters". Their movies are so bad that we would deliberately hire them and watch them for the lolz.

The trailers made their movies look much better than they actually were.

Now we have Tubi Tv for that.
