Good effort but you have got Sidebottom twice and no Hartlett. Also, I believe Ranga is going to Geelong? I also believe Essendon will take a KPP back with their second pick. Good mock though.

You may as well swap Melbourne's pick 17 and 19 around if you are wanting it to be accurate.
WCE are almost 100% certain to pick a small at 18, due to there depth of talented young KPP, therefore it would be smart for Melbourne to pick a mid at 17, instead of having one less to pick from at 19.

Geelong turned ranga down with their scholarship program so he is up for grabs. I heard that a few days ago, not sure whether the news has changed.

No, they announced that they were going to take him in the rookie draft rather than the national draft. Presumably this was done after consultation with the player to make sure he was OK with it and not just going to nominate for the draft to spite them.

When they announced the Mumford rerookieing they mentioned that they wanted to put Ranga on the rookie list. No indication was made that he had agreed to that and word was that he was not particularly keen about the idea. I haven't seen anything since and I have been keeping an eye out. I guess we'll see tomorrow.

Assuming he says no to being rookie listed, Geelong still have the option to select him with their last pick in the draft?

They have until 2pm on Friday (List Lodgement 1) to nominate him as a NSW Scholarship upgrade selection for the senior list. Should they not nominate him at this time, then he is free to nominate for the National Draft and it's game on for anyone who's interested.

If he accepts Geelong's decision, then they can nominate him as a scholarship upgrade in List Lodgement 3 (2nd December). Once that happens he's untouchable.
