What if the sky falls on our head?Nathan Freeman is the one I'm concerned about. Buckley on Triple M the other week said he had "nerve pain" in his hamstring that they can't get right. What happens if they never get it right. He's also missed almost 2 years of key development period. He may never reach his full potential.
Poor bastard.

Once upon a time you could count on The Age for accuracyTBS is coming for you, you misspelt his name!
I'd start looking over my shoulder if I were you.

What if the sky falls on our head?
Ok fair enough, take your point and maybe I'm being a touch dramatic.
But bloke pulls hamstring (badly) in March 2014, can't get back to full health by July 2015 and still has nerve pain / no confidence in his body.
It's a massive concern. Especially as this is the real development years for young kids to go from good juniors to solid 50 game players.
If he'd been fit he would have probably played 25-30 games by now...
Shoulder.So...what's up with Broomy?
Collingwood is awaiting further specialist opinions on the extent of the shoulder injury Tim Broomhead suffered against Port Adelaide. Broomhead is still experiencing pain in his shoulder and is likely to miss at least two weeks.

That's why they call them specialistsBut that's not what our doctors said![]()

Should be alright then if Freeman doesn't miss a beat from Rd 1 next year thenRobbie Gray spent a lot of time out in his first 4 seasons (playing about 45 games across all four) with hamstring complaints causing a large chunk of that. Don't lose hope!

I think I've nailed itYou have completely missed the point of my post

It looked like an AC joint injury to me. That's where they put the ice after it happened and it was sustained from front on contact.
Next time hold your breath as you squeeze the triggerI've missed this version of you![]()

That's my recollection watching it on the tv so I guess there is footage. I haven't watched a replay but that's what i recall. It wasn't clearly shown but you see him in a front on collision then in a different shot a bit later he is in discomfort. Then after the sub was announced you se him on the bench with ice on the top of his left shoulder. Is there any footage of the injury occurring
Broomhead 6 weeks, Reid good chance to play VFL,
