Nonsense post. What % of drug using (which may be occasionally or even on their break) end up as rooted as those WCE? And when you say "something going horribly wrong" I'd've thought that the health and welfare approach would minimise the risk of this occurring

I dont know, how did the WCE end up as rooted as they did. Guess what, its an addictive drug that they are experimenting with, you do realise what the word addictive means?

I should, it's my line of work (pardon the pun). Tell me genius, what percentage of those that use drugs end up addicted?

The AFL hasn't had integrity since the early 90's

It's all about money and control now

All the rule changes aren't to make the game more free flowing or easier on the eye
It's about giving the league control to fix Games, as it's all about "interpretations"

The afl couldn't care less what players put in their body
The afl care about the players being caught
Correct. Its all about protecting the brand as far as the AFL are concerned.
In my opinion i think the AFL reagards the players as secondary in its pursuit of money.
I heard rumours of drugs in the sport over 25 years ago, and i think in this regard the AFL buried there heads in the sand hoping it would go away.
I think the AFL will continue to pay lip service to drugs in the game and hope nobody gets caught.
The AFL needs to tackle the problem head on and stop putting money before everything including the players.
