Player Watch Isaac Quaynor

I suspect the Swans showed these photos of all the Collingwood players wearing the same boots and thought better of it. Isaac’s boots themselves look suspect.
What photos? You still haven’t actually produced any of these mythical pictures....

Not apologising. Bucks sent a kid under the bus without doing his homework. Had he done his homework he’d have worked out that heaps of players, including his own, wear the same boots.

The reason “Collingwood are satisfied with the outcome” is because they know they’re equally implicated.
Are you sure or just making it up?

Provide proof or get out.

Lol of course Sydney get nothing. Meanwhile the AFL fine teams over Covid breaches but not for players having illegal boots. Makes complete sense to me.

Illegal boots = risk of a player getting shredded (harsh)

Covid breach = risk of health to greater society (including risk of death to vulnerable folks), risk of AFL competition losing permission to operate, risk of massive damage to economy. (harsher)

He intentionally wore metal studs.
There was no guilty mind, he never had intent to hurt or injure, unlike Matthews. the Metal studs come standard in that boot, he could have Reasonably assumed they were acceptable if he genuinely was not familiar with the rule.

If the umps checked the boots last night I don't think one ump in particular would have even noticed the difference from lace up to velcro.

I can't believe more hasn't been said about how unqualified that ump was last night. The decisions were completely opposite to every other round and seems now it's just called play on when you hold it, drop it, etc. It was like rugby last night the way players (from both sides) were just laying the ball down behind them and scrumming forward.

It's farcical the way our rules are applied and umpired.

I’m not saying he did mean to cause that harm. Regulations have been broken, a player seriously hurt. A fine for both player and club is reasonable. If the situation were reversed, Collingwood would not have simply been warned.

Sam Edmond on SEN saying that Collingwood players approached this knob before the game and told him the boots weren't allowed. Wowee.
Not sure how many of our player wear nike, but they are our footwear sponsor.

But I thought Covid wasn't real and is this giant conspiracy going on....

Holy sh*t, are these actually what he was wearing???
campaigner should be suspended for that, he’s got to know they aren’t legal.

It's okay as he does not play for Collingwood and Did it on a Collingwood Player

and the Flog did nothing about it

So the AFL has declared that the stops were indeed illegal. Huge sanction incom..... wait, no, Sydney get a stern talking to and AFL declares the next time there will be a $40,000 fine. Meanwhile we lose another player who’s an up and coming star for a month. There is no justice in this league...

Typical s**t from the AFL. What a Joke

Shocking injury to a good young player, wishing him a speedy recovery time.

Does anyone know if the Collingwood players pointed out the studs to the umps?

How does a footy boot with studs like that even exist? Could 2020 get any stupider.

Just another collingwood injury. Mason cox poked in eye, sideys testicle, quaynors machete wound!

King hit Neville Bruns 100m behind play, Bruns never saw it coming, dog act by Matthews. No intent from the Sydney kid

Once again 2 different things,
I could say things like lethal snapped a behind post in half but once again a totally different issue.
Illegal footwear is the issue here causing an injury to another player

Are you related to Donald Trump in any way?
