It wont Be Easy against Port!!

I went to the Saints V Port game yesterday and there is no way Port have put the cue in the rack.

They were excellent considering they have plenty out and if we don't be bring our A-game to the table then they could easily roll us.

Brogan and De Luca were outstanding in the ruck and they have a decent defence with Carlile, Pettigrew, Thurstans and Thomas doing excellent jobs.

Hopefully our midfield can get on top early.

I wouldn't read to much into the result. St Kilda did lose to hopeless WC last week, and Port have the wood big time over St Kilda (they had only beaten Port once since 2001 prior to yesterday).

That said, we certainly can't afford to complacent going into the game. While we beat them last time, Port had our number for the first three quarters and if not for a brilliant final quarter, we were on track for a comprehensive loss. They love to double team the key forwards, as they did with Saint Nick and Fev first time round (Ackland playing out of the square?)
