I can't say I am familiar with that one?

I did have the misfortune of staying at an Ibis Hotel in Northbridge that was a horrible experience. I also used to stay at the Country Comfort in Belmont.

It was the closest "pub" to the WACA. I was there for the lunch break in the Ashes Test of (I'm guessing here) 2012. They still didn't have eftpos, or a food menu. It was the very definition of a dive.

Which makes the traditional Sunday afternoon qooty slot (guaranteed clash with at least one game) very nonsensical
Monday /Tuesday are footy free on normal years so it’s better to keep those for qooty .

No. I don't believe in change for change sake. If I did that I'd be in that equally small pocket of people that thought we needed extra teams. The only reason I've seen for moving to Wednesday match threads is "because" from a couple of people.

Side note, normally not much gets changed in this place based on hidden ballots. It's an open discussion so a closed vote looks just a little bit stinky to me.
