With my work, I mix with Arabs, Sudanese, Afghani, ******* Irish and Kiwi people, I don't have a problem with any of them, well maybe some of the Irish ******s. That’s a twisting of what eco fascism is to a liberal ear. “It’s racist!” is always a good way to trigger the unthinking. The fundamental belief is that in a world of limited resources, which is impacted by climate change, it is folly to believe that everything can be shared equally, and that everyone is equal. Eg, should we have a welfare state supporting people to live a highly resource-intensive lifestyle, who contribute nothing in return?

If climate change is the greatest threat to humanity, then why do we pay for people to live carbon intensive lifestyles?

Let’s say only 1% of people escape the coming climate catastrophe. Who should be in that 1%?

Be honest. You and I both know the answer.

Do you or do you not believe that your own trite views of morality extend to judging people on whether they entirely agree with your trite moral code or not?

And that if they don’t entirely agree with your trite moral code - you believe you can smear them and feel superior?

And we know the answer is an emphatic yes!

Meds mentioned skin/eye colour to the first question. There are also different vulnerabilities to genetic diseases associated with race. I always use the Olympics as an example of physical differences between races, that I do not believe can be explained entirely by cultural differences. Then there's my anecdotal experiences in the gym, where Polynesian men seem to become extremely strong extremely quickly, and African men seem significantly better at growing muscle mass.

I posted in the past that race can be determined objectively with genetic sequencing. To be honest I didn't really understand your response back then. But I believe race exists, and don't believe that makes me a racist. I don't believe that all members of any race share the same traits (eg not all polynesians will be gifted in terms of physical strength) but that there are differences on average.

To question two, the answer is no. I may have "prejudices" based on culture and life experiences of people. Eg I think many people would be on higher alert walking past a group of Sudanese males in the dark than they would other races. This is unfair on the majority of good Sudanese people, but I feel it is a natural reaction for many. But this is not based on anything biological, at least for me.

I believe that all able-bodied adults on the dole should be at the very least training for prospective new employment while unemployed. Of course disabled people have to be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but if you're healthy enough you really should be working and putting your various taxes back into State coffers.

Every time there is an Islamist terror attack, we are told #notallmuslims. Actually, I wholeheartedly agree with that, because most Muslims are peaceful people who just want to get on with their lives, but why can we not say #notallwhitepeople when a nutcase of European descent goes on a rampage?

You can but it is so obvious that it is unnecessary; whilst they way media and politicians do bang on one gets a sense that it is “all muslims” therefore it becomes helpful to say not all muslims.
