Do people reckon Riewoldt will be able to stay in the side for the rest of the season?

Im considering puttin him in my dream team to get a bit of money and i thought i'd get some tigers supporters opinions of him.

What do youse reckon? Cheers

he will most definatly play next week, whether he can build up some form and keep presenting and doing the team things is what will obviously keep him in the side. a few pre-seasons under his belt and he will be a good player

He went alright. Go easy on him down at Skilled tho.

As long as he does alright he will stay for the rest of the year, just for experience if nothing else, we can't get off the bottom of the ladder so there is no reason not to play as many kids as possible.

Don't get him.

We will be rotating Cleve Hughes, Jack Riewoldt and Jay Schulz with even Kent Kingsley a possibility if he forces us to select him.

He will play about 4 or so games I'd imagine, but you can't have Richo, Patto (Simmo in ruck so he plays forward), Riewoldt, Hughes, Schulz and then possibly Kingsley all fighting for spots and expect Riewoldt to hold it all year.

Jacky Reiwoldt has a ton of potential and was the best KP pick from last year's draft with clearly the most upside to add on top of an already impressive package.

Bag Miller as much as you like, but Reiwoldt was an inspired pick IMO - as are quite a few we're yet to see hit their straps at AFL level.

His reputation may be copping a battering ATM due to his pre-Wallace selections, but I strongly suspect he'll have the last laugh 2-3 years down the track.

Problem is you are selecting a player from a club that is struggling so that will probably lead to the player struggling.

Kingsley...lol. He wont play a senior game again. A1 Dud. What a discrace it was recuiting him then sacking Gas. What could be possibly gained from including him in the seniors this year. Sorry benny i cant stop laughing:D:D:D

Hey i'm with you! Terrible recruit and I hope he doesn't play, unfortunately I wouldn't be shocked if he kicked like 5 goals for Coburg and Terry said "might as well give him one last crack"... hope not though but I guess it's a chance.

Hughes and Riewoldt will rotate for the rest of the year with Schulz hopefully cementing his spot through stronger performances.

Any youngster who can kick 4 goals for the Tigers with the season they are having should be persisted with. He looks a likely type, this was only his 3rd game, and i think he would hopefully be groomed to be the main man in a few years. At the very least, it will force opponents to pay him due respect, thus making it somewhat easier on the 3rd/4th string forwards. Glad Richmond has got a good young player here. Certainly i can say this with confidence....Reiwoldt>>>>> L.Hansen>>>>>Gumbleton.

If he doesnt play every game for the rest of the season Terry Wallace is a disgrace

Be prepared to rant a bit more because he will be rotated and unless he plays a great game every week he'll play a couple for Coburg.
I think they might also see playing finals for Coburg as being just as important as some dead rubber AFL games in the final rounds. If that's the case he may play the last couple for Coburg to flow in to the finals.

I think, like LVAK he'll play the last roster game for Coburg before they start their finals campaign.

The rest he should play.
I can live with that, but if he gets taken in and out constantly, then it is absolutely terrible coaching and player development

On the other hand if he is still eligilbe and plays a few finals games in the magoos with a bunch of blokes he will be playing hopefully a decade of football with at Tigerland...
