Hibberd?
More like-for-like, SA native, will run through the midfield eventually. I said Francis and our 1st.
It's what they'll ask for from Melbourne, Adelaide are in their window and they need inside mids, you don't have much else they would want.
Demon fans it is going to cost 2 high picks, a young gun and a good pick or a young superstar eg Petracca - make no mistake though Lever will be worth every single penny but Adelaide should and will get a very fair deal for him.

Apart from the fact he just wants to be home with dad, word is he will not be ******* over his potential premiership teammates - wants a fair deal for them.
Home with dad? Is his dad sick? Because if he isn't its a pissweak excuse for an adult who is grown up enough to know what his value is to an AFL club.
He'll go where he gets paid. And i hope to god you guys pay what the crows want and take him.
Again I'm not saying he's no good, he just doesn't fit in with the progression of our list.
Nah not that, few things happened though. He will get paid more whoever he chooses, Adelaide's cap is tight tight. Like, tight.
Adelaide will end up getting some combo of a 1st, a second, Sam Frost, maybe Jack Watts. At absolute most, 2 1sts. They won't be getting any best 22 player or any of the midfield brigade. You don't trade to go backwards.
When you have a young gun who you rate as elite, you don't put the kind of contract in front of him that makes him want to leave. If you think you're getting market value you're dreaming. If someone were poaching him rather than him shopping himself around, then sure, as for the farm.
The problem for us is we have the cake, but we have no icing, and Jake Lever is the cherry on top. I'm not saying he's a spud, but he's not a luxury we can afford to break up our midfield for... which is the only thing keeping us competitive.

Oh hilarious.
So when Adelaide don't get that you'll simply go with "something changed"? Is that correct?
I think you will find out cap is fine, we just don't overpay players
I've heard it's tight as a 17yo virgin
We must have been going to pay Gibbs with monopoly money last year then
Nope.
But it's not last year, is it?
Go check who you've resigned and for how much - come back later
I couldn't imagine a footy club budgeting for the future. See how we had an incling that Danger was so we held enough back to match. These people do this for a job every day of the week. You are completely guessing
Nah your club is reasonable with trades, our first will be plenty along with whatever steak knives. Then he should go to someone else. We took him with pick 14 as a kid out of the game for a knee recon, and we develop him as the best young defender in the game for basically a second rounder on top of what we paid, yeah not good enough. He is worth a top 5 pick, and pick 10 plus a mid second doesnt equal a top 5 pick.
Melbourne are going to have to find the pick they need
by having a crack at it, I assume you mean trying to make the top 8. If so, good on you for trying. I reckon you can get there one day.

Tex took a pay cut.And youuu will be losing one or both of Cameron and Lever to fit Gibbs in now because captain Tex got a lil bit greedy [emoji39]

happy daysTex renegotiated his contract down and got an extension in exchange. Read something, you goose. And youuu will be losing one or both of Cameron and Lever to fit Gibbs in now because captain Tex got a lil bit greedy [emoji39]

We were happy to give $650k to Lever, but not the ludicrous amount desperate VIC clubs were offering.
We have Cameron under contract. We'll trade him if we're offered a pick 20 or under.
Crows would have no interest in Frost. We have Talia, Hartigan, Keath & Otten as KPD's.Adelaide will end up getting some combo of a 1st, a second, Sam Frost, maybe Jack Watts. Adelaide have plenty of cap as one of a few teams that did not put the AFLPA increase in their player contracts.Nah not that, few things happened though. He will get paid more whoever he chooses, Adelaide's cap is tight tight. Like, tight. Knew they couldn't hold both Gov and Lever
