I felt a bit sorry for Sicily while the Dogs players were getting into him.

The next free against Sicily though was absolutely there - and his carrying on to the umpire was nothing short of pathetic. I would have cheered loudly for that 50, no matter who was gobbing off like that.

Agreed. Sicily carried on at the end as he knew the game was lost. Should probably even be fined for the abuse, especially stupid as the free was there. Earlier free was bollocks.

Dunno why he was questioning what he did wrong there, even an Aus kicker would know you cannot impede a marking contest by holding your opponent. How was that open a BS decision? The umpires looked out for them in every preliminary final (although ironically not in 2013, the MRP took care of that, plus Enright was injured) they were in. They ended up with a bunch of flags and experience in Grand Finals they didn’t deserve.
There will never be enough times Hawthorn lose games due to umpiring incompetence.

We lost by five goals in the end, more than Hawthorn did yesterday. But yes, always delicious when they lose partly due to umpires. The sulking from their entitled fair weather fans is simply the best.
