Just heard the news on Brennan. I thought Knights said no picks will be traded?

I am quoting this from another thread, what do we think:

Mark Johnson to Freo for pick 40
Bradley and pick 40 to Kangaroos for pick 15
pick 15 and Dyson to Brisbane for Brennan


????

I like it personally.....essentially, it's Kep, Dyson adn MJ for Brennan

No way would Kangas part with their first pick for Bradley.

And if they did, no way would we use it for Brennan.

That was my exact criticism in the other thread.....I'd certianly be happy to on trade the pick for Brennan - I tihnk he suits our deficiency well...

Jared Brennan has left Brisbane. Not just the club, but the City.
He has already moved to Melbourne and has been here for a fortnight.

Bulldogs are keen on him, but will have to give pick 22 for Hudson.
Wouldn't matter anyway, because Jared wants to go to the Dons.
Essentially if the Lions don't take pick 23 from us (which is a good offer) they will get nothing and he will fall to us in the PSD. They have shown interest in Bradley and it could be a swap involving an exchange of picks 23 and 40. I'd take that!

I doub't the Kangaroo's would. No way they would give up 15 for Bradley and a third rounder. I think the days of them burning first round picks in trades are well gone ;)

Anyways yeap pick 23 for Brennan would be great for us. Get rid of Bradley for a 2nd rounder aswell its like we got Brennan for free :)

what is all this talk about "ohhh im not sure of i wanna lose keps". That bloke more resembles a new born girraffe than a footbaler. pick 23 and kep for brennan and 41 sounds great.

Also MJ must go...not happy dyson is staying

Would love ryan murphy from freo if we could do a swap for him with MJ.

Thats the best description of Kepps i have heard so far, though i have always thought he had the football skills of Steady Eddie!!! ;)

though with that trade i would want their sellwood and brennan for that pick and Kepps.

The word i got is that no-one will touch MJ, so he may get straight up axed cause the club are done with him. I would hope we could still swing something with freo as he wants to go play with solly.

as for MJ i hope we keep him otherwise our team will have practically no mongrel just keep him in a forward pocket can be a sweet goal sneak e.g. 2nd Adelaide game he won for us with his last quarter effort
 
Can anyone really say that they think he will end up with us? The deadline is tomorrow and if he goes into PSD would we get him?
