Yes... that very staple of western fashion.

Anyway, pretty basic, anyone recommend the best brand / store to get them in Melbourne? Spend so much of my life in them, probably buy a pair or two a year, and I’m so ****in hit and miss with them – want that lovely spot where comfort meets aesthetics. I tend to find some that feel good, but look like shit, or vice versa. I get the odd good pair, but too many misses. Of course I rarely realise how ugly or uncomfortable they are til I’ve worn them a few times.

Skinnies or regular fit for you?

Skinnies or regular fit for you?

I am open to either, must say I prefer the comfort of the regular fit. Getting harder to find some that look good however. I must admit I no longer have to body of a taut, pre-teen Swedish boy.

Chinos might be ok for semi-semi-formal work environment, but I can’t see myself wearing them socially, down the pub etc.

Tried a few on but theyre all so frikkin tight for anyone that might have some normal leg muscle!

No OTT colours, leave that to the dickheads, keep the colours subtle like brown or navy.

I once tried on a pair of skinny jeans, and wondered how people can stand walking around in them. It was terrible.
I just get the regular straight leg jeans. They're good enough.

APC, buy them online from the UK/EU.

New Standard if you've got muscular legs or like a looser fit, Petit Standard otherwise if you like tighter jeans.

Good quality selvage denim. Very comfortable, you won't want any other pair of jeans after you've purchased these.

K MArt ones for 17 bucks do the trick. They're all the bloody same.
I'm sorry, but they're not.

This.

Or like others have said, Levis go alright.

Glad this thread came up. I'm having a heap of trouble finding a good pair of jeans that fit well. Here is a pic of my legs:

Any advice?
