There's one way to make these rumours go away, Jesse or his manager to come out publicly this trade period and say he'll be a demon in 2018. Until then, the rumours will have legs.
Fyfe to Melbourne? It seems a couple people saw Jesse Hogan 'catching up' with Fyfe last night at a bar in Perth...
Yup. Noone is satisfied.Josh Schache's manager has come out and said this multiple times. Still hasn't stopped the media talking up a trade.

Sliding doors?!?!?!?! Some of the best tripe you'll here.http://m.afl.com.au/news/2017-10-06/sliding-doors-let-the-trades-begin
Jungle drums getting louder closer to the trade period![]()
I see these rumours are now strong enough you've created a new thread on your board to now discuss whether it's time to trade Hogan. I suppose we'll see where he's playing in 2018 in two weeks timeSliding doors?!?!?!?! Some of the best tripe you'll here.

The thread also saying we should go for Lynch should Hogan go. No doubt the rumours have some supporters unsure about the whole situation. But until there's something more concrete he's a Melbourne player.I see these rumours are now strong enough you've created a new thread on your board to now discuss whether it's time to trade Hogan. No doubt Fremantle are still targeting Hogan. They did in 2015 when Hoges was out of contract, he signed on until the end of 2017. Freo targets him again in 2016, Hogan extends to 2019.http://m.afl.com.au/news/2017-10-06/sliding-doors-let-the-trades-begin

Yep, I think he's spoken with his manager who has told him Freo are interested and a trade can probably get done and now Jesse is doing his due diligence and gathering all the information to make a decision; I just feel with what he's been through the past 12 months, the exit from Melbourne is probably easier now (citing personal reasons) than it has been at any other time in the past. The likelihood is Hogan is probably torn. He may not even know himself where he is playing in 2018. It is one thing to consider leaving a club. It is another thing to actually follow through. Hogan may be up to the latter stage. He may not be able to go through with it. That is my hunch. My hunch is that Jesse Hogan cannot leave his teammates at Melbourne.
His dad was also terminally ill prior to 2017. He's been through a lot in 2017 and all he wanted to do was get back playing footy as soon as he could everytime.Hogan experienced some serious personal issues 2017...
Fyfe to Melbourne?

You drive a hard bargain. 6 fourth rounders and 4 fifths.Could be true...Going to take a bit to get it done though.
I reckon Fyfe and our 2018 Second Rounder for 10 Fourth Rounders.

Yeah A lot can change after going through all that and I'm sure Melbourne and all the fans would understand. I just think if he wanted a trade home he would of told the club by now.It is a very interesting case isn't it.
Surely if going home was so important he would have wanted to do it two years ago to spend additional time with his Dad before he passed.
Understandably now he might feel he needs to look after his Mum, family etc however i can't see how the pull would be stronger now then it was before.
His mum has since moved to Melbourne. It is a very interesting case isn't it.
