Johnno has nothing to worry about going by that report.

Some pics on a computer of him near an unknown white substance would not even be enough to give the police the power to obtain a search warrant on his house, let alone arrest him.

The article mentioned that he had admitted previously to a pethadine addiction. What isn't mentioned or widely known is that Johnno was seriously injured in a serious car smash a long time ago, and the addiction was developed by his prescribed pain management.

If the picture is from Carey's party, then that could well be the reason why Johnno left early.

Knowing his earlier problems with drugs and addiction, He wouldnt put himself into a position where he could fall off the wagon if he had been clean for a long time.

Unless the picture conclusively shows him with one end of a straw up his snout and the other in a line of blow, then there is no way he could be charged with anything.

His defence would be simple at that point. "I walked into a room, people were doing coke, I then said to the wife, we are leaving now, someone took a pic with the lines in the background as we were about to walk out the door."

Definately no incriminating evidence in that report . Wouldn't be surprised to see him being interviewed by mr plod now that it has been revealed he and his wife were there earlier in the night though . Lets hope he is not in any trouble rather than assume so . (ass/u/me)
