Just can't get past Lobbe as head of development. A player who famously didn't develop after 1 promising season.

Yes, very much this. Choco like, dress to impress, look the part of a successful person. Hard with contractual obligations to have coaches in Media Polos, etc. with sponsors plastered everywhere.
