when you look for positives in a disappointing loss, this is the sort of thing you look for.

Hansen you are on the scrap heap with Fletcher. Thanks for the memories, but its time to move aside for someone much more capable.

so proud of josh. played today like how he used to rip it up at east freo back in the day before he got drafted. expect a lot more from this kid.

time to trade hansen. sure hes reluctant but hed have better chance with a side on the outside of a premiership tilt. if hes a forward that thrives on delivery and wants midfielders to do all the work then carlton, wb and/or hawthorn is not too far away. as someone mentioned earlier. the practice match last season against essendon made me def think kennedy is a player who will be with us for a very long time.

Trade Hansen to the Bulldogs this year. Considering the Bulldogs will have pick 11-14 and the draft this year is down on talent they should be happy to give it up for a key forward. Hansen + 3rd Round.

Kennedy was a star last night.

Hansen has been very loyal and hard working, he deserves more respect. But, he doesn't deserve a game before Kennedy who is very mobile, very hard working and can also take a pack mark. I was impressed that he was organising the forward line - looks a leader.

Kennedy looked great starting at full forward. Probably the best the forwardline has functioned this year - in part because Cox and Lynch were able to spend longer down there. Kennedy definitely the most dangerous tall forward we had.

If we got their second round pick for Hansen and our 3rd round pick, we'd be laughing. Absolutely laughing in their faces. Let alone first.

As much as it disgusts me to say, I agree with Gunnar for once.

No club would be stupid enough to consider a trade for Hansen. At his ripe old age, with his mobility and great contested mark???

The eagles will probably delist him, so if a club really wanted him, they could get him in the PSD anyways.

Kennedy's game was fantastic. Woosha would have been rapt. He led hard and took some great marks. He will get even better and will demand the ball be kicked to him. He is the future.

I felt sorry for MacKenzie. He played well and didnt do too much wrong, except in the last few minutes. His future is also bright. :thumbsu:

He signed a three year contract last year... did well in the WAFL last week and we don't have a plethora of key forwards, doubt he will be delisted in the near future...

The best game of his career and by a long way too

Surely you'd just have to put him in the side for the rest of the year and work from there. Reminds me a bit of that Gasper guy that was injured for years, cept probably better.
