Not sure if you're aware of this, but Judd hasn't nominated Richmond, so therefore the Weagles aren't allowed to include Judd in any trade with the Tiges. lol. I'm assuming you just forgot that crucial little fact.

If the weagles wanted to trade Judd to the Tigers there is nothing he can do about it apart from saying that he'll nominate for the PSD where the Tigers could pick him up again! That said he could put a price on his head that puts him out of the tigers reach.
It's just like any trade happening right now. The players often don't even know they are leaving till after the deal is done! Just because it's Judd, doesn't make it different.

If Judd was in contract in season 2008, the only way Judd could leave the Weagles would be if they agreed AND found a Club willing to give them a good deal. If Judd didn't like any of the Clubs the Weagles struck a deal with, he'd have no choice but to stay at Weagleland for the remainder of his contract. But Judd's contract has expired. So now Judd has the option of going into the PSD if a trade can't be made during trade week. The situation is totally different because if Weagles can't strike a deal with the Club he nominates (i.e. Carlton), he'll go into the PSD and the Weagles will lose him for nothing. The only leverage the Weagles have is to refuse the trade, but they'll get nothing if they do that. Judd has only agreed to be traded to Carlton, so the Weagles can't trade with any other Club without Judd permission. The only way the Tiges can make an offer is if Judd changes his mind, and decides to nominate the Tiges as one of his Clubs of choice before this Friday, which seems unlikely.

Medication not kicked in ?If we didn't have injuries we would have finished with about 10 wins like we did in 2005 and 2006. But these injuries have given our kids great experience and we'll be a better team than we were in 2006. You guys have not moved off the bottom in 4 years and you have been playing youth most of that time. Our list is better than yours and 2007 was a learning year for the kids. I'm 100% confident we'll do better than the Blues next year. Wait until Nisbett and Worsefold show up to the meetings tomorrow. They were not even there today and Carlton has stated that WC will not deal with anyone else. I'm sure we'll be offering our number 2 pick and Carlton wil be shitting their pants again. As for your membership, I'm sure if you replaced your 1882, 87 and 95 premierships for 9th placed finishes(or 6th placed finish, missing out of the top 5) I know for sure you would have never reached 30,000 members

Seems that way. Reasonable deal. Be good to get it out of the way. Swann and Icke have a few more trades planned. These guys are awesome negotiators. I just wish we had them 2 years ago! If we do in fact trade a tall like Kennedy, we'll almost certainly draft Kruezer now. He plays rucks and KP forward, and so can cover Kennedy's developing tall KP forward role. That means the Tiges can lock in Cotchin with their #2 pick, who should be awesome.
