Heard it too and was pretty shocking, though there's next to no chance of that happening.
I hope you aren't serious.It would be an interesting strategy. Judd would be giving up a lot of height, but Riewoldt gets his kicks by leading hard and long into space. Judd would keep up with him on the lead, force his workrate a bit. Plus, Riewoldt would be forced to play him going the other way, which might force him to be a bit more defensive.
As long as we had someone zoning off to be the third man up closer to goal, it might work...

if he wants Judd to spend more time on the park, play him in the forward pocket as a resting midfielder
not on the one of the gun forwards in the comp
