Re: Jurrahs return.

Very good. 7.5/10. Could have kicked a few more with better accuracy.

I am salivating at the thought of him and Watts teaming up for the next 10 years.

Re: Jurrahs return.

Great return, was worried he might not be 100% right but he was took some good contest marks and kicked a few goals. 8/10

Re: Jurrahs return.

He was good and will only get better. Do we spoil the fun by mentioning that Nathan Lovett Murray was his direct opponent for a lot of the afternoon? Let's not..

Re: Jurrahs return.

ok without being good imo. made some very basic skill errors in the first half. his kicks were grubbers and falling well short of their man. dropped marks he should have taken

was better in the second half, especially with his pressure

Re: Jurrahs return.

Very good return, and he's only going to get better.

Re: Jurrahs return.

He was good but does need to realise that he can handball, ignored a few too many options that he could have used by hand.
He's probably been in the stands during some of our handball happy games this year, joining our supporters yelling "Kick It!!!!"

Re: Jurrahs return.

got through uninjured, so with that in mind, today was very good for him. Overall i thought he was serviceable. Will be better for the run in coming weeks no doubt. Always exciting when he goes near the ball. Would love to see Wona back in the team fit playing alongside him...

Re: Jurrahs return.

6/10

Dropped a few marks and his kicking wasn't that great. He'll get better as the year goes on. He GOT better as the game went on so he'll be back to his freakish style of footy in no time. :D

Re: Jurrahs return.

He was pretty average today, but the great thing about Liam is that he still manages to contribute even when it isn't really his day.

The most pleasing aspect of his day, however, was that he managed to get through it without injury.

In sum, a decent day, and you just have to love the instinctual way in which he plays.

He was good but does need to realise that he can handball, ignored a few too many options that he could have used by hand.

Last year he was a bit too unselfish at times, looking for a pass when he could have gone himself.

Also I think last week he came into the game after he was told to just do his own thing (according to Brad Gotch's report), so he may have been given a similar directive.

Re: Jurrahs return.

Wasn't great, but still contributed and i'm sure he will be better for the run. How exciting is he though :D

Guys...what do you honestly expect? Did anyone see Nick.R last night? Takes a few weeks to find touch...and Jurrah has been out twice as long as St.Nick....

So waht? Are we not allowed to rate his preformance? We all know the context.

I love the fact that he can have an average game and still kick 2 goals.

Thought he lacked some touch, and fitness ovbiously, but that will come in the next few weeks. Good to see he was still jumping around at every opportunity.

Nowhere near an 8/10, but he did well considering he probably needed another 2 weeks at Casey.

Thought he did everything expected of him. Crowd went crazy every time he went near it. Some decision making was a bit ordinary and should have been a bit more selfish. He'll get a lot better; been out a long time. His defensive game was very good. Bomber defenders started hearing footsteps late in the game.

Certainly as good as we could've expected from my point of view, and I got very... excitable... when he was running into the open goal those times, although I wish he'd gone for the full Aussie effort ;)

Still hope both of them will be in the same side more often in the future, that'd be magic...

Supporters won't like reading this but he's as soft as butter. He'll be better for the run and is a confidence player, but he's always been too fearful of body contact.
