Plays with such passion and really throws himself into the game and has the skills-now thats a good bonus. Perhaps making him wait to come in was a good thing but now he shouldn't be dropped, really adds to the team and the excting thing is can only get better

yeah, i had my doubts that he would live up to all the hype on here. But I have to say, welcome aboard JK - great game. Showed the kind of spirit we associate with the jumper. Look forward to seeing him dominate in the future.

I was really impressed by his kicking - especially his field kicking. They were really well weighted and accurate. He has been working very hard on his kicking by all reports so its great that its paying off.

Went to the game (must have been sitting in front of some blokes who post on big footy cause they were yelling out things about "the fridge"!)
Have got to say he played so much better than I had hoped for, was really very impressive. For those who weren't at the game, the amount of times he was waving his arms about in the centre of the ground all alone was astounding.
Just a pity our midfielders dont seem to look at that part of the ground when going forward. Hopefully they will from now on after reviewing the tape this week and seeing how often they could have used him!

I don't think it was just Kennedy. Where we fell away in the third quarter was the senior players not being confident enough to kick to the kids - which is stupid because in the first half it was Kennedy, McKinley (to a lesser extent) etc keeping us in the game.
In the second half they weren't kicking to the likes of Ebert, Masten and Kennedy. They were looking past them and we suffered as a result.
Ebert's last quarter suggested he was pissed at being overlooked in the 3rd, and set about proving to everyone else that he can actually play footy and he hasn't just got a lucky surname.
The season may be going to shit, but at least the future's bright...
Agree. Embley was a big offender of this. I reckon about 5 times Embley got the ball in the last quarter on the half back flank with Kennedy waving his arms and I'm sure shouting at him to give it to him in the middle. Embley didn't once kick it to him.
Does anybody else reckon he has really good hands? Seemed to dish off a couple of slick handballs to players running past.

Am i the only one looking forward to the last few games of the year? I think if we get LeCras and Butler in the team, plus a fit Priddis and Kerr and i think we could be very competitive.

He has really good hands. I did a big post last year after people were rubbishing Josh ( including a lot of you lot, who probably hadn't seen him play) and his stats at this stage in his career match up to J. Brown, Pav etc. slighly worse but he was in an awful team.
He has an awesome attitude and will be a gun CHF

in an ideal season kennedy will be allowed to sit at chf all season to develop without that ginger bloke annoying him, but i cant see that happening.
