That's a level 5 offence. I would think the offence would be classified as striking, which draws 425 points and a 4 match suspension. I suppose that can be reduced to 3 with an early plea depending on what his prior record is.

I'd suggest it's only medium impact (Elliott barely missed any actual game time), the other two aren't in dispute, from my POV. 425 points for a rough conduct charge (if it's striking it's 325), so assuming no priors, three weeks with an early plea (or two, if it's classified as striking).

Nah. The doctor had to do the concussion test on Elliott. The hit definitely shook him up. Not even close to staging.

I think it should be graded as medium impact, because it was still enough for him to go straight to the bench to be checked out by the doctor.

At the end of the day it was a dumb thing for Kosi to do, especially when he is borderline best 22. He will get weeks for it & may struggle to get back into the seniors, particularly given his less than enthusiastic attack on the ball in the second half of tonight's game.
